The Legacy Leader program is developed for high school students who are ready to take their leadership to the next level and become world-class leaders. Our Legacy Leaders run their HoPe Leadership Chapters at their high school while building community for their HoPe members and give back to their community through service.

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN
LEGACY LEADER ROLES

Must complete a Legacy Leader Application in order to be considered for the position.

Must be a high school student.

Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.

Must be driven, organized and exemplary.
-
Must be able to commit for one (1) full academic year.

Must demonstrate a passion to lead and serve.

Must be in good standing with the high school.

If selected, the Legacy Leader will be invited to attend the HoPe Youth Leadership Summit from July 21st - July 23rd, 2022.

COMPLETE A LEGACY LEADER APPLICATION

Recommendation Letters are OPTIONAL.
Here is how you can submit one:

Upload a letter of recommendation from a teacher, administrator, or counselor to their HoPeLegacy Leader Application
OR

Have the recommender submit the letter through our online portal available HERE.

LEGACY LEADER SELECTIONS
Notifications: Monday, April 11th, 2022 at 6:00 PM
Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified via email of the status of your application.
If selected, you will have access to the Legacy Leader Training portal to begin your Legacy Leader Training.

ATTEND THE HOPE YOUTH LEADERSHIP SUMMIT (HYLS)
Dates: July 21st - July 23rd, 2022
All accepted Legacy Leaders will be invited to attend an exclusive leadership summit.

As a Legacy Leader, you lead your HoPe Chapter along with three amazing students like yourself through the following positions you can apply for: President, Vice President of Service, Vice President of Development, and Vice President of Communications.
