








JOIN US AS AN EXHIBITOR
Every year, we host three signature events open to all high school students each for FREE. Each with its own theme, but all with the common purpose of bringing together students from across our communities for leadership development workshops, college student and career panels, networking opportunities, and as always—a college and resource fair!
The THIRD and BIGGEST of these three events, this year, is our
HoPe Leadership Conference—Next Level!
We invite you to join us in the most energetic and transformational Hispanic leadership conference Georgia has seen yet! This conference will bring upwards of 1,000 students from all across the state.
Exhibitors include colleges, community-based organizations, government agencies, and local/corporate businesses. All exhibitors must register by clicking the button below and filling out an exhibitor application.
WHEN?
Saturday, March 11th, 2023.
Exhibition Fair takes place from 11:35 AM to 2:05 PM ET.
Exhibitors must arrive and set up between 10:30–11:30 AM. Lunch will be provided during this timeframe; and, assistance setting up will be provided on-site.

COST?
College and University Exhibitors:
Regular Registration Fee: $350.00 USD (from February 10th to the 28th, 2023)
Other Exhibitors:
Regular Registration Fee: $1,000.00 USD from January 9th to February 28th, 2023)
Exhibitors are required to register by February 28th, 2023 11:59 PM ET.
Late registrations may not be approved depending on venue capacity and our ability to accommodate your representatives with short notice.
Individuals registering your institution, organization, or business may choose to make an electronic payment upon registration; OR, select to pay via check or electronic payment after registration. The latter option is ideal for exhibitors who may need to secure approval to participate in the HoPe Leadership Conference or may require HoPe, Inc to register as a vendor.
All exhibitors must satisfy their invoice by March 1st, 2023 11:59 PM ET. If there are concerns with meeting this deadline please let us know, an exception can be made on a case-by-case basis.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
All exhibitors are able to register two individuals, as a part of their application, and will receive a 6-foot table on the day of the event. We request that you let us know if you will not be bringing your own tablecloth, as we can provide you with one, on an as-needed basis.
All representatives will be provided with lunch, drinks, and snacks. We ask that you indicate on your application, any dietary restrictions your representatives may have so that we may make accommodations to the best of our ability.
We request that all exhibitors upload a logo of your institution, organization, or business so that we may feature you in our newsletters and social media pre- and post-event; as well, as on-screen during the conference sessions.
Your representatives will receive future communications from our team regarding your registration, invoices, parking and arrival instructions, and more.
RAFFLE PRIZES!
Help us create an interactive and engaging experience for students! We would like to encourage all of our exhibitors to help us create some amazing gift baskets to award as raffle items at end of the day's activities.
Gift promotional items (like, college and career swag). Suggested items include but are not limited to:

Clothing Items: Sweaters, Jackets, T-Shirts, Scarves, Hats, Beanies, Socks, or Sunglasses

Student Necessities: Journals, Backpacks, Totebags, Water Bottles, Mugs, Portable Batteries, Earbuds, Planners

Fun Items: Stickers, Pennants, Mascot Plushies, Pop Sockets, Bookstore Giftcards/Certificates

Other Items: Handsantizers, Lanyards, Reusable Straws, Webcam Covers
All exhibitors will be provided with raffle tickets you can give to conference attendees that visit your table and engage in meaningful discussion with you. Students will then be encouraged to deposit their accumulated raffle tickets in boxes across the prize table.
Your group is encouraged to create your own enticing raffle basket or bring items to be placed within general raffle baskets created on-site by our event team.
